My guess is a combination of a money siphon and a huge “on paper” loss for tax purposes.

Retail investors will be left holding the empty bag while the architects of the SPAC walk away with the money.

Might be why the technology side is struggling. Capital siphoned to founders instead of utilized for a proper build out.

Not quite, best of both world’s is my guess. Short to mid-term the goal might be to have a growing subscription base with overall profitability less of a concern. I imagine if Trump becomes #47 in January 2025 the longer term prognosis of enhancing stockholder value will probably be achieved too.
