They’re the most common customers at the abortion clinic. In New York, they sometimes have more abortions than births in a given year while far surpassing any other race. Those profiting from spare parts love that status quo.
That doesn’t mean they are “targeted”. Unless you can show me marketing material that encourages abortion.
