There were 3 states that Trump won by less then 1 percentage point.
Michigan; Trump won by .23%
Pennsylvania; Trump won by .72%
Wisconsin; Trump won by .77%
The total EC points = 46 which would have won it for Clinton.
In many districts in those states the difference was less then 200 votes.

Though literacy tests have not been ruled unconstitutional, the SCOTUS has ruled that the fourteenth amendment can be enforced in order to stop them, or anything else that is deemed an improper impediment to voting. For all intents and purposes, that is damn near equal to being ruled unconstitutional.
And it just might be that no one on his staff or Republicans on the hill are talking to him about it.

Well if you and your group would stop voting in people who hand out money to big donors that might actually matter more than trying to keep some poor people from eating a meal once and while. So sad that many of your political motives are from a place of greed, hate and fear. I once use to be like you but during my tour over in Middle East and then South East Asia I saw how people with out help are suffering.
