I could care less what Hillary is up to, I could care less what Biden was or is up to, and Trump should not be re-elected, he is incompetent, and I didn’t like how he shut us down during Covid. Prosecute him, that’s fine! Just don’t jail him, like this is Venezuela, give him a pardon like Nixon received and move on. This country is too polarized right now, we need a giant time out! I wouldn’t go that far, but these kind of actions go against what former presidents did when predecessors broke the law. If Biden prosecutes Trump and he ends up in jail, this would be something that never happened in the US before! All former presidents who committed a crime during or pertaining to the office have been pardoned.

Again! You want this sent on an expressway. Trump has the right to legally fight this how sees fit, and the DOJ can argue against it how they see fit, and the judge can rule as he sees fit. The DOJ is not judge,jury and executioner! Which sometimes is how I truly believe liberals see the DOJ. Funny you cry about documents being held for a month, when the fbi withheld prosecutorial information on sussman from Durham till the statutes of limitations ran out.

The DOJ should not have oversight, should not be held accountable and everything they do should be mere fact accepted by everyone, without a trial to be had.
