I’ve observed your “facts” for years now and not once has any allegation against Trump evolved into an indictment, prosecution and a guilty verdict. Now…that’s a fact. Open wide and swallow.

How do you feel about what Trump did now? He actually did have classified. He actually had classified in his desk. He actually did not cooperate with authorities to give it back.

So before this filing I agreed - if all he did was have some documents that are now secure, that should end it.

However, we now know that Trump lied through his attorney about turning them all over. and we know he had top secret documents in his desk drawer with his passports.

Not saying that’s enough in an of itself, but it certainly warrants further investigation.

Why did he lie about turning everything over?
Lying about not having documents you obviously, and knowingly possess is obstruction of justice.
Is it significant that TS docs were stored with his passports?

It’s also a real shame mcconnell refused to set up a 9/11 style independent commission that would have had equal representation for the J6 investigation. But here we are…
