Trump’s lawyers signed an affidavit that there were no more classified material in Mar-a-lago.

That was false.

That is a thing that all of us used to agree on was bad.

You don’t know what was taken by the fbi. Start with that. Proceed from that acknowledgment.

We do know that classified material was retrieved by the FBI and some of that material Top Secret.

We also know is a lot of stuff that isn’t remotely secret gets stamped as such. Heck didn’t they mark a NYT article secret at some point?

The DOJ is having a person (actually multiple people) do it. That’s what the documents are talking about when they reference Filter and Privilege Teams.

If FPOTUS wants someone else then he can request one from the Judge (which he did).

Any material that was colocated with the material and was privileged has been been gone through by a taint team.

Attorney Client privilege is the new rallying cry. If there was any thing privileged they could have a special master appointed to look through the non classified documents and return them to Trump and his lawyers. They should file a motion and get the courts to get on that pronto instead of simply complaining about it.
