Why do you think Trump took classified and top secret intel? Any ideas?

He also took who knows how many double top secrets and is keeping them in his brain. So yeah, not going to light my hair on fire over a few documents.

This top secret stuff is an empty argument. It wouldn’t even have existed if one minute before his presidency ended he had signed a note saying I hearby declassify these documents. They wouldn’t be any more or less a risk. The whole thing is get Trump, not get records.
Release every document leading up to this decision by the Biden administration and start interviewing those involved.

But he didn’t do that. Which brings up the undesirable situation that rather being declassified and available to all… they reside in a state where Trump controls them while others don’t.
