Just read that Trump is claiming some of these documents may be subject to privilege and he is asking for the court to appoint a master to go through them and sort them out. I would think that would apply to any non official document. The DOJ will oppose this. Why?

I think Trump is right. The FBI planted those documents in June when they were there and took some of them.
