What clock? The DOJ has already secured those documents out of Trump’s control, which was presumably their goal. Now why would they be wanting to look through, say, attorney client privileged documents?

Just read that Trump is claiming some of these documents may be subject to privilege and he is asking for the court to appoint a master to go through them and sort them out.

Now we are moving to “I was entitled to have them.”

And as far as privilege goes, Trump has had ample time to sort this out and failed to do so. The judge should tell him to get bent, we are now in the “find out” portion of the proceedings.

I suppose that’s true if women’s clothes aren’t covered by “secure in their… effects” or fishing expeditions isn’t covered by “unreasonable searches”.

Anything can be searched, “…upon probable cause…”.
