i haven’t claimed to know anything about the situation, i’ve offered rational explanations for what may have happened. as opposed to hair on fire speculation about stealing documents and sharing information.

until and unless we actually see the supbeona from jun, we have no way of knowing if it was complied with fully, or complied with in part. since it is grand jury material the likelyhood of seeing it is slight. there are reports about a lawyer signing a document, but we have no idea what he was attesting to.
