Well, no - not really.
Law enforcement does not, as a rule, use subpoenas to recover illegal contraband.
A subpoena is used when the target - documents, or whatever - are at least questionably legimitely in the possession or control of another party.
And the warrant was good until August 19th.
Sounds like the impending doom of a trump nuclear strike on Seattle was not so impending after all.
