I don’t have a link if that is what you are asking but what would be the odds that they just ‘happened’ to get a Trump hater that had donated to Obama and represented Jeffrey Epstein?
Your chances of winning Powerball would be better than this happening randomly.

Nothing REQUIRES it. It’s up to the judge.

Why Jay? So you can justify your hypocrisy?
You have tens of thousand of no knock warrants a year…50 thousand plus and they only make up small percentage of total warrants.
So you’re going to sit there and tell me it’s really hard to get a warrant? You’re going to continue this lie Jay?
You may BS some of people but you can’t BS me.
Aren’t there are like three magistrates in that discrict? I really don’t know. Generally federal judges are assigned round robin to a case. I don’t know if that’s true for the warrant phase.

All this talk about the judge is silly.
There was a subpoena for the material back in June.
The FBI had evidence from Trump’s own lawyers that they did not comply.
There is no reason for a judge to deny a search warrant on that.
They can REQUIRE recusal of another judge?

Sure. Writ of prohibition from a higher court.
This wasn’t a “case.” There was no trial, no charges, nor jury. They just needed a Federal Judge to sign the search warrant. Things like that often happen in the dead of night and they are not assigned. If I’m wrong, I’ll say so but it is my understanding that they could go to any Federal Judge and obtain that signature. If that is the case, then this was most definitely a case of “judge shopping.”
Plus, bias can be grounds for appeal.
But the bottom line is, the system is imperfect, as are the humans that make it. We need to accept and work with that.

Especially if/when the remedy is what? Recusing in favor of a judge that said nice things about Trump?
Meh. Getting the FBI to raid your house so you can create more outrage funding isn’t 4D for a lifelong grifter. Just another day at the office.

The fact that a subpoena was issued back in June shows that the Feds tried to do this the polite way and Trump’s refusal to comply led to a violation of PRA and maybe even the Espionage act and that is what led to the search warrant.
