Has anyone figured out what mysterious “law” prevents DHS from sending migrants it must release to self-proclaimed sanctuary locations?
I want to see video from SF, NYC, and Chicago of arriving migrants being relocated to take the pressure off of border states not named California.

DHS would have to pay to transport.
They have tons of money, right.
Why is DHS going to spend money transporting the asylum seekers up and back.
