As has been pointed out, absent any details as to who this official was and what level he is at, it is impossible to gauge to what degree, if any, ICE has “been informed”.
And the “vow” at the moment is unfulfillable. It can’t be done at current staffing levels…which Trump has done squat to address with funds given to him to do it.
All he does is make promises and pick fights…he does nothing practical to deal with the “emergency”.
Why is it so easy for him to convince you mere words are actual actions?

Well, I think part of it is that people answer questions not in the manner in which he expects. I think he expects “libs” to be outraged over this. But most of us see that people here illegally need to be deported. That has thrown off his narrative.
That’s not true, it will too stop them for a second. I’d even go as far as a minute, maybe even 2 in some cases
Who is he? By my count I got two honest answers to my question that I did not contend. It’s not a trick question. Give an honest answer and let’s see. Try me before making assumptions. Fair enough?
