Well the trump tax saga has hit SCOTUS.
Whether the President enjoys absolute immunity in criminal investigations.
Here is the petition to SCOTUS.
Will be interesting to see if SCOTUS takes up this case. Or allows the release of trumps tax returns to proceed.
