What do you mean? You think the NYT and Post will first file a motion to dismiss? Rather than capitalize on the opportunity for discovery?
They covered this in a podcast I listen to. The judge will most likely just toss it out because its absurd.
The reality is trump is doing this because he gets to use campaign funds to pay the lawyers.
The judge would toss it before a motion to dismiss would even be filed? If that is the case, then we would have to expect some repercussions for the attorneys who filed this on behalf of Trump et al.
Ya, like cabinet positions.

The amazing thing is the number of trained seals who are barking and clapping for this.

Itâs like weâve just nuked all civics lessons of our collective memory. We woke up one night and the overton window shifted from Pultizer Prizes to fan written sequels of dystopian b movies.

As an aside, I was thinking that the first medical official that âagreesâ with Trump that we could have a vaccine for Corono âin a few monthsâ might be looking at a Surgeon General appointment.

When Trump was elected it was disclosed that the campaign was paying for all of his and Don Jrâs legal bills. So I will bet that Trumpâs Lawyerâs will be trying to make as much money off this as they can.
On a related note, has anyone seen the Nunes v. WaPo suit?
Nunes comes off as a whiny little bitch.
It is a matter of public record that House Democrats, including the
Democratic Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, harbor spite, ill-will, and great animus towards both Plaintiff and the President. Schiff has a history of accusing Plaintiff of deceiving the President.
WaPo and Harris harbor an institutional hostility, hatred, extreme bias, spite and ill-will towards Plaintiff, the GOP and President Trump, going back many years.

I read it earlier. Yeah, this is strange. I wonder who is paying for all of this legal work for Nunes?
Took it on credit Hoping to get a large payout from his lawsuit on his cow.

Gee, you think that might have been more about who was suing who than suing for defamation in general?
Apparently, they didnât really mean it.

Thanks for proving my point. Its all about who is the one doing it. If it isnât a Republican then theyâll be against it.
