I don’t believe he is scared. I believe he sees it as a waste of his time given the outcome of the first debate. The debate with Biden was a one-sided joke and I’m betting Trump would welcome another one of those. With Harris, each side saw their candidate in a favorable light. For that reason, there would be no reason for Trump to have a second debate. It simply wouldn’t be to his advantage.
According to the left, her biggest accomplishment was not being responsible for any of the administrations failures. Also, she achieved NOT being border czar, though the media thought she was at the time.

She won’t even appear for an interview unless it is someone so supportive of her that they will spend the interview kissing her butt.
