The DOJ is no longer nonpartisan. Judges are no longer nonpartisan. And the president has pointed at half the country and called them evil and that they must be destroyed. No longer will any conservative get a fair trail in a solid blue state. Proof the fact that the moment the judge in Florida was named the left started calling for her to step down and for the trail to be moved.

For example, assuming ones still pending go all the way to court and a trial with a jury deliberating and all, and without a plea bargain, could a new GOP Administration running the Executive Branch in 2025 go back and bring some of these campaign violation concerns back later? His argument is not whether he did it or not. It’s whether he is allowed to. It’s a ridiculous argument. He doesn’t decide what he is allowed to do, the law does.
