NO matter what the DEMS can not leave him legally exposed. Unlike Nixon where Impeachment and a Senate conviction to remove #37 being a certainty, the Dems will never take out Biden under any circumstances. And without a pardon Biden an indictment whenever #46 returns to private life is a certainty.
As such, either the (Biden Crime Family) Commander and Chief does a self pardon or more likely he resigns for personal medical reasons at some point having his VP pardon him like Ford did with Nixon.

It looks like a biased DC judge is ignoring her previous standards and rushing a hearing on a “protective order” in an effort to prevent Trump from responding publicly to charges and to prevent him from filing in the public docket in the trial. So much for free speech and due process . . .
