If you’re not testing at the same rate it’s not even possible you’re going to find as many positive cases per capita.

Yeah, its unfortunate that the person replying to Trump’s tweet didn’t understand what Trump was saying. Trump was not saying that cutting back on testing would result in fewer people having the virus. However, it would result in fewer people being reported as having the virus. That is why, if you are comparing locations reporting cases based on testing, you need to be sure that similar testing exists in both places, or the comparison is meaningless.
In the case of the garbage truck, if it were not there then the garbage would build up and would soon be all over the place. In the case of the virus, many people would never know they even had the virus.

We still have somewhere upwards of 75% of cases being asymptomatic so that is a given.
The phase we just finished had about 10,000 for our med. The next phase will have more. I’m not sure about the others. Sorry for taking so long to reply. I was away from the forum for a few days.
