Trump’s ‘operation warp-speed’ to create coronavirus vaccine pays off! Thank You President Trump!

Yes! But each virus is different, and in some cases, especially if it mutates fast, it may very well take more time to create a vaccine.

Aside from that, I give President Trump full credit for initiating 'operation warp-speed" which apparently had brought a vaccine to market in record time.

Let’s not forget Joe Biden does not support the right to work and individuals being free to negotiate their own employment contracts. He wants every American to pay a union representative a monthly kickback fee in order to work in America .

That’ll be the day.

Would you take a big gov vaccine?

What. A vaccine? Or me giving trump credit?

Allan

Do you really think it took trump to kick Pharma’s collective asses into “warp speed”?

The latter.

Oxford’s COVID-19 vaccine is not only being tested in the U.K. but also in the U.S., South Africa, Brazil and India.

Nope.if he delivers, he delivers.

I guess Seeing will be believing if it comes to fruition.

Interesting. For all of our sake, I truly hope this is the one.

The question after that is do we have the logistics to quickly distribute millions of doses nationally?

Been thinking about that. The uproar against ignoring the pandemic will be nothing compared to having a vaccine and not being able to get it to people quickly and, let’s face it, free.

Of course. Nothing at all to do with the raging pandemic and the truckloads of money sitting out there waiting for the first to the post with a viable vaccination. Trust in Trump(r)

Additionally, there have been reports that the vaccine developed by Oxford’s Jenner Institute has shown extremely promising results in the development of ‘double protection’ against the virus. The reports maintain that the researchers at Oxford University are hopeful of the vaccine’s success as it is shown to trigger the production of both the protective antibodies and “Killer T-cells” in the body.

The development of T-cells in the volunteers by the AZD1222--which are known to last much longer in the human body after contracting the virus–comes as a sigh of relief.

I posted two days ago about the Moderna NAIAD joint venture and the results they have had. And it too elicits an immune response.

How can that be? Warp-speed developed the vaccine, not some socialist-run British medical institute.

I think we do. Or can. We’ve had some practice with the testing. The Army is probably ready.

Wasn’t there some concern earlier that the immune response was a problem?

Already in the works!

Bucketloads of taxpayer cash going to these private companies to develop vaccines, documented at the link. I’m okay with it, but for those who want to keep government out of capitalism?

The testing took months and it’s still super low. That’s not super reassuring.

Oh well a mission statement. That puts all my concerns to rest.
