It was just my guess. I see people loosening up. Masking is still pretty compliant on the subway and such but bars and restaurants are at capacity.

There is no talk of blame here. I was asked an opinion. No need to make it hostile.

The crazy thing is the current numbers are around what they were at the end of March/Beginning of April last year when it was absolute chaos.

Like a lot of things in this world we have learned to just simply live with the shifting baseline of our failure.
