Everyone isn’t getting vaccinated every year, not happening. Or do you envision massive enforcement of a mandate? “Look honey, they’re rounding everyone up for the vaccine again, must be June”.

Depends how long the vaccine works for. But if it is only a year, and we don’t vaccinate a very high percentage of people every year, we won’t ever escape the massive deaths that accompany this virus.

I think we should be preparing for worse case scenarios, and hopefully the vaccine lasts longer, and we can just use more traditional distribution methods.

Target the vaccine by age. You don’t have to inoculate everyone to drastically reduce the death rate.
