I knew it was going to be Kavanaugh from my first look at his photo. He has the look, and really, that is a main factor for Trump. He doesn’t give a flying ■■■■ about much else.

Yeah, he could have been a partisan hack instead of an originalist.

Because court decisions should tie the hand of democratic process…and in case of opinion on Obamacare tax.
Also his opinion on data mining/storage isn’t unconstitutional. Rand Paul might be a solid no on this one. Which was first I heard tonight. And thus why he has Bush support.
