An average of recent polling shows President Trump now enjoys his highest approval rating since taking office in January 2017.
“Along with his 46 percent approval, 51.1 percent of Americans disapprove of the job he is doing, according to a Real Clear Politics average,” reports the New York Post. “Trump has never surpassed 46 percent average approval, but did hit the number in February 2017.”
NBC/WSJ Poll: Trump job approval jumps two net points to 47-50, his higher job approval in a NBC/WSJ poll for his entire presidency.
Trump has also hit 50% job approval among independents, which will be extremely important in November.
