You forget this was well before the GOP sold their soul - Trump’s “stature” in New York in 2001 was that of a clown.
Why would he have been given a tour of Ground Zero? Don’t you think the first responders would have more important things to do than to stroke Trump’s ego?

Not every American. I’m pretty sure trump was the only one excited that he thought he had the tallest building in NY after the attack. For trump the disaster was nothing but an opportunity.

Even if hillary said what trump said i’d ask for evidence. Trump was trying to latch on to the first responders. They were all helping. Who’s to say who did what.

So what did you do to help?
I know If I was there at the age I was on 9/11 I would have no doubt that I would have been one on search and rescue after the collapse.
So yeah…I’m glad I wasn’t there. The stench, decaying body parts isn’t something you forget.
So I’m lucky I was out in Pacific NW. In fact at the time of attack…I was living out in North Cascades enjoying my solitude marveling at wonders of our universe.

I handed out sandwiches to first responders on the 12th and the morning of the 13th, but they locked down the area completely down on the 13th and kicked all non-essentials out.
And no - you wouldn’t have been “on search and rescue” - not unless you were a licensed EMT or a Firefighter. There were thousands of volunteers turned away.
You do not have to tell me.
