Trump letter to the house... a breakdown

Defendant’s right to cross examine witnesses, call witnesses, receive transcripts of testimony, access to evidence, have counsel present does not occur the investigative phase of trials or impeachments… This is a laughable argument…

Since the counselor establishes this “unprecedented step” he would have no problem having his client deliver all material associated with the call to the committee. After all, if the cal was “completely appropriate”, what harm could become his client.

As an attorney, can we assume the counselor knows this is called a red herring and does not change the factual basis of the complaint in the slightest?

Why does this paragraph remind of the scene from The Office where Michael declares bankruptcy…

Impressive and creative use of footnotes… Your law professor and sixth grade teacher would be so proud… How about citing some actual case law next time…

Has this attorney ever actually been part of a criminal trial?

Is there a School House Rock version for impeachment…

This is why this is different from Mueller. They dont have that 2 year media bake time that they can slowly drip out defenses for everything. This all is slamming down at once and they dont know how to react.

Its wonderful…its as stupid as the hearsay arguments and the house didnt vote.its just pathetic…if this was the other way around trump and his supporters would be crushing people with their boots on their necks and then kicking them for good measure after the body goes limp ( metaphorically speaking).

Calling something a right and describing it as a practice is amusing…
