President Trump was talking out at the Union, not the firefighters and he did make that distinction. I’m not a Union person so I totally agree with President Trump that he firefighters themselves may support him but the Union bosses don’t!

I saw the Union guy who did nothing but talk about what was good for his Union and nothing about want is good for the firefighters or what is good for the country.

I come from a union family. The problem with unions is not at the Local or State level, it’s at the national level…where Unions like the NEA take their cut of my wife’s 68 dollars a month, and turn that into money to candidates like Hillary Clinton, who most teacher’s in Indiana did not support. But it looks and feels like they did because that cut of their dues that went to the NEA says it did.

This is one of the reason’s teachers are not members in their local unions. My wife is her building’s union rep. The union is fighting for their rights to negotiate, even though the great state of Indiana has made that illegal under the leadership of Mitch Daniels and Mike Pence.

Trump does not understand the good Unions do. And the strong history of Union leadership in this country.
