The pro life protestors have been pardoned as well.

Thank God for that!

One was local.

80 odd year old woman praying about 200 ft away from the building.

Made the local news and some national.

I still expect some roadblock that Trump cannot cross.

And that says something (quite negative) about our government if that happens.

Why even keep them? Surely whichever shadowy org wants to keep the cover up alive not destroy them?

So unless the documents fit your own personal theory/opinion then they must be fake?

Here is the text of the EO.

lol

no need to declassify
we already know it was those evil conservatives,

Oliver Stone said so.

A Castro loving communist,
who once tried to defect to the USSR shot the president who tried to overthrow his hero (Castro).

It was a commie conspiracy beginning to end.

What about Area 51 ??

And as for RFK,
He was shot by a commie who supported the Palestinian cause (which was then firmly allied with the Communist bloc.)

According to the NY Times

"Some of the other jottings in his notebook are: “Long live Com munism.… I firmly support the communist cause and its people.… American capitalism will fall and give way to the worker’s dictatorship.”

.
.
.
Of course the anti American left has also spun the RFK intos ome sort of plot by the right, the CIA etc… Shame on them for telling such an obvious lie and shame on anyone gullible enough and antiAmerican enough to believe that lie.

“But but but . . . it’s the CIA. They always do bad things.”

Those files will be heavily redacted anyway

The FBI and CIA have insisted that the records stay classified for over 60 years to protect the Soviet Union . . .?

I hope we finally get a full release of information, but same organizations that were likely complicit have also been responsible for creating and protecting the records.

A lesson of the war-crime trials after WW2 was to avoid keeping explicit records documenting crimes that then are allowed to fall into the hands of your enemies. Any unambiguous evidence of involvement in the assassinations was likely never put down into writing or was destroyed decades ago. If “smoking gun” records still exist, it would indicate an extreme level of arrogance in addition to a criminal conspiracy.

Yup an admitted commie shot JFK
and admitted commie shot RFK
and somehow this is a conspiracy of the poltical right . . .
THEN
without a shred of evidence
not a single solitary piece of evidence
anti-American lefties claims the CIA sealed the files.

HINT the files were sealed by a judge, at the request of the FBI and congresional invesigators.

A: “The CIA sealed the files.”
B: "Umm How do you know"
A: “I don’t. In fact I have zero evidence of that, but it would prove my pro-communist poltical theories. My imaginary evidence support my imaginary theories ergo, both are true!”

Or perhaps a CIA asset shot JFK. The two scenarios are not incompatible.

Here is what declassified documents revealed in 2022:

A corps of researchers looking into the 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy say they have unearthed proof his alleged assassin, Lee Harvey Oswald, was involved in an operation by the CIA mere months before the killing, reigniting questions about whether the Oswald truly was alone in his decision to kill the youngest man ever elected president.

In a Tuesday press conference at the National Press Club, Jefferson Morley—a veteran of the D.C. press corps and a preeminent expert on JFK’s assassination with the Mary Ferrell Foundation—told reporters that he and attorneys with the foundation obtained documentation relating to a still-classified covert operation approved by senior CIA officials three months before Kennedy’s death that suggested the agency used Oswald for intelligence purposes several weeks prior to shooting.
New Documents Shed Light on CIA's Connection to Lee Harvey Oswald - Newsweek

Oswald certainly had a very odd history that attracted the attention of the CIA, FBI, and KGB. He volunteered for the marines at age 17 in 1956, but he left the service on a hardship discharge in 1959. Later in 1959 he defected to the Soviet Union. In 1961 he returned to the US with his Russian wife. It would not be surprising that he had been working with the CIA.

A 1979 congressional investigation concluded acoustical evidence showed that there was more than one shooter, but there were never any further criminal investigations. There are a lot of unanswered questions.
