Funny that these guys think FEMA is running around handing people $750 immediately. For one thing you have to apply, you have to qualify, you have to wait to be approved and then you might get $750 Serious Needs Assistance deposited or mailed to your now non-existent mail box.

A solution would be to deliver the checks to a central location in each county so they can be handed out. Example: checks go to a designated building or location. Proof of ID and matching signature required.

For those still unable to get to a town, I can promise you, supplies being delivered is worth a lot more than a paper check.
