It is impossible to say without knowing what the evidence is.

I heard a former federal prosecutor say that there are multiple pieces of evidence that they withhold until trail in order to make a “splash”.

That would be quite the risk for the Prosecutor. An honest Judge would throw such withheld evidence out.

I think that is in reference to the evidence in the indictment. Not the evidence that will be provided should this go to trial.

I don’t see it that way. Trump is the epitome of what is wrong with our country. How many lives did he ruin with his 7 bankruptcies? What about his bogus university? His shame charity? He lacks even the most basic moral character. He thinks he’s better than all of us. This is the karma bus finally catching up to him. It’s even better that it’s at his own hands.

I think it all lies in whether they can prove he did anything other than store some classified docs in boxes, or did he actually share them with say the Russians or the Chinese or North Koreans. If he just had them and showed them to no one. Nothing will happen.

And at this point i can no more vote for Biden or Pence as they also had docs that were classified. It makes no difference to me that they both turned them in when asked. They had them…why?
