Guilty on one or more charges, possibly through a plea bargain. No jail time, Trump will be the Republican nominee, and will lose to Biden in the general, again.

Which charge is highly likely?
If he takes a plea deal, it’ll be one of the piddly ones.
If he goes to trial, he could easily be convicted on any or all counts - but he still probably won’t get jail time.
I strongly suspect this is how this will all play out in the end.

I am really troubled by the weaponization of the legal system against him. But it’s gonna move forward. My guess is that if they get something to take him out, it’s still something yet to come.

Guilty on the obstruction-type charges, espionage charges dropped, large fine, no prison time.
I only wonder if he will go to trial or just plead out. I suspect he will plea. A trial just seems too damaging.
I predict that if this doesn’t work, they’ll indict him for something else…just like what’s gone on now for about 7 years. The only thing that will stop this government weaponization is if one; the FBI, DoJ, CIA, NSA and previous politicians who lied to promote this…are held accountable or…Trump rides off into the sunset.

Most of the charges are very provable and Trump’s own damning statements give the necessary mens rae.
