If I had lawyers telling me that, I probably would have listened to them, rather than the Kraken lady or the Four Seasons guy who puts shoe dye on his head.

Bill Barr also saying this:

“Barr: You don’t get immunity for two years to run an election by saying I’m a candidate. These investigations have been going on for a while. Everybody knew about them even before he announced his candidacy.”

You list one thing to make you patriotic. Vote. I agree yes voting is patriotic.

There must be more to it?

Bill Barr… lifelong Republican who served under multiple Republican Presidents cleaning up their legal messes is now a RINO.

The man who protected the Presidents back in turning the mueller report into a paragraph is now the enemy of the people

Bernard Kerik is one of the unnamed co-conspirators.

AKA one of the Republicans who will be testifying at trial(s).

Bill Barr is busy today.

“Barr: Even if he believed that, that doesn’t mean you can use illegal means to rectify it. If you think bank is unfairly keeping your money, there’s many things you can do to get it back. You can’t rob the bank.”

Bingo!

:joy: Donald thinks he has “full subpoena power”

The Constitution talks about Congress and the States having final say not judicial branch…

Donald is not the Congress nor is he the states.

Per Courthouse News:

Congress enacted the Electoral Count Act of 1887, 3 U.S.C. § 1, et seq., in the wake of the disputed Hayes-
Tilden election of 1876.13 For the first time since the Civil War, a Democrat, Samuel Tilden, had won the popular
vote.14 But the election ultimately came down to three Southern states—all under the fragile control of
Reconstruction Republican governments—which had each sent to Congress multiple competing electoral
returns.15 If those states went to Hayes, then Tilden would lose by a single electoral vote.16
Congress had no existing procedures to decide which of the disputed returns from each state should be counted,
so it functionally delegated the decision to an ad-hoc Electoral Commission composed of five senators, five
representatives, and five Supreme Court justices.

“Full subpoena power,” like “wait till discovery,” is something that sounds really dramatic to people who don’t understand how the real world works.

Donald  put out a video trooth today, looking disheveled and pale, sounding drugged and demented, bragging about his “full subpoena powers”. Sad.

Well, that’s what the fans wanna hear. He’s finally going to crack the whole thing wide open.

Gotta play the hits.

And?

.

If he says it, MAGA will believe it— and will become furious if you do not. These are some of the same people who insisted “covefe” came from Trump’s knowledge of Arabic. He could ■■■■ in a bucket and call it “infrastructure.” Not a bad racket.
