No patriotism is none of that. It does not matter to me if a person follows a law or not. It does not matter to me if a person is nice or even good to me. What matters is the ability to defend my property and others do the same as the bill of rights have defined.
As a citizen we do our patriotic duty to vote for who we choose. It seems these days not much difference of who gets put in office, they all seem to think we need them.
Patriotism is about the cause of this country. Not the government.

You list one thing to make you patriotic. Vote. I agree yes voting is patriotic.
