Is this some sort of proof by verbosity attempt? If so you win. Not really the manifesto reading kind of guy

Many of his arguments are cut and pastes of vast sections of court opinions that he doesn’t understand and in which he often presents dicta as a universal rule for America.

Never mind that on occasion he is quoting an opinion that has been ovrrruled in part or whole and is irrelevant anyway.

Point any of that out and for a reward expect his responses to get longer and less coherent.

As is usually the case with you, you make a number of unsubstantiated assertions.
