Yeah…why should any country have to pay their fair share for our military. Who gives a rat’s ass about our national debt…amirite?

from the article; Trump is demanding that South Korea pay roughly 400% more in 2020 to cover the cost of keeping US troops on the peninsula, a congressional aide and an administration official confirmed to CNN.

Good. The last time China was unhappy in Korea they crossed a river and a lot of people died.

Interesting foreign policy. Do we announce that Taiwan is a province of the People’s Republic? That would make them happy. Pull all military forces out of Japan? That would make them happy. Confirm all rights to territory in the South China Sea to China? That would make China happy.

“You want an alliance with us? You have to pay up, chumps!”

Do we let 5 million people die to stop them? Including 40,000 Americans?

I believe history has shown when world powers attempt to withdraw from the world, the result is usually wars…from which the world power is not immune simply because they have chosen to withdraw.

US attempts at isolationism after WWI didn’t work out so well for us.

Because we stopped being isolated?
