My bad, thought it said 58% of the 42%

So, as it turns out, you do not agree with adhering to our federal Constitution as Trump does, which reserves to the States, and people therein, autonomy over those “. . . objects which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement, and prosperity of the State.”( Federalist No 45), and is guaranteed by the Tenth Amendment.

Tell me, tnt, what other provisions of our Constitution do you not agree with?

JWK

They are not “progressives” or “liberals”. They are Authoritarian Revolutionaries, the very kind who took over Cuba, stole people’s property, and now rule over the people with an iron fist and the barrel of a gun.

I gave you, my answer, it begins with "I guess . . . "

If it were a crime and murder this debate wouldn’t be happening. So no if it were murder can you tell me one woman convicted of it due to abortion.
God is your chosen personal belief and has nothing to do with anyone else.

does a colonoscopy kill a baby?

Oh really? How about, this debate is happening because you can’t understand that killing a baby inside the womb, or a fetus, if you want to call them that, is murder.

Many people are against abortion because it is sinful against their religion. Others are secular pro-life and believe in Biology and common sense. Not sure where you stand.

Pro-aborts will do anything, ANYTHING, to dance around the bush and ignore the gravity of what happens in abortion. They deflect, deny, deny deny.

And are so hateful about it.

Yet is being done by medical professionals the world over and not one woman has been charged with killing a baby.
Thats your view not what is.

If people advocating for abortion watched a video of what happens during such an act, as with Live Action videos, they would eat their words.

People subscribed on to lobotomies too in the 40’s and yet now today it is banned. Both procedures need to be outlawed even though a some sociopathic doctor or surgeon created such a procedure.

Unfortunately abortion seems to be more popular, probably because they can’t see the effects and the aftermath. The fact that it’s being done world-wide doesn’t mean it isn’t morally wrong.

So then tell me why women aren’t being charged with murder.
Your personal religious beliefs are separate from the law.

whether or not its my view is irrelevant, its the view of the AL legislature and courts. Of course the legislature and courts in CA have a different view, and many other states have differing views. If the people in those states don’t agree with their legislature, there’s the voting booth.

As it should be.

My own personal legal view is that the same criteria we use to determine if your dead should be used to determine if you’re alive. If you have both a heartbeat and brainwaves… you’re alive. If one is missing, you’re not. I would be happy if my state took that stance, but I wouldn’t even think of imposing it on other states. Hell, if any state wanted to stay out of it and let county governments decide for themselves, I wouldn’t be against that either.

My personal view is that life begins at conception. I wish everybody thought that.

Because the law still believes in a 1970’s version of medicine still.

No it’s been around for decades and noone has been charged with murder.
You just don’t agree but proves you utterly wrong.

I stand with allowing all women to enjoy the same freedom as you. The ability to their own opinion on the issue.

Getting back to the subject of the thread, and “the law”, do you stand with Trump’s POSITIONS regarding the abortion issue?

JWK

When terrorist attacks begin on American soil, let us not forget it was the current Democrat Party Leadership _ voted into office by your neighbors - who encouraged and invited millions upon millions of poverty-stricken, poorly educated, low-skilled, diseased, disabled, criminal, and unvetted terrorist foreign nationals, into our country.

and yet people who kill pregnant women have been charged and convicted of two murders. Sorry, but I can’t get with a legal standard that depends on the intent of the victim.

If a state decides it’s wrong, it can be outlawed.

You didn’t answer the poster’s question. Does a colonoscopy kill a baby?

You also avoided answering MY QUESTION

Yes he’s pretty much said it’s up to people and states to decide.
Yet he is leading a party whose voters believe otherwise. He said their opinions are too extreme and they need to get behind limited abortion rights.
