From an ant-abortion POV, what good is that? To achieve your goal - outlawing abortion - you now have to fight 50 battles instead of one.

From a pro choice POV, why should a woman have medical freedom in one part of the country and not the other?

From everyone’s POV, all this does is put an abortion tax on women, who have to travel, and possibly face legal action in their home state.
