No, he probably shouldn’t have perjured himself about the various contacts he had with Russian officials during his Senate confirmation, which forced him to recuse.

Isn’t it noteworthy that Trump’s AG, when making a mistake like this recused himself but when AG Lynch met with Bill Clinton in a secret meeting, just three days prior to her having to make an extremely important decision of whether to indict his wife, she didn’t? This tends to shed a little light on who’s honorable and who’s not?
