I would expect a year out that Puerto Rico could have an ACCURATE count, not just an estimate. They should have a number of those who have died and they have the bodies of since the hurricane. They they should have a number of those who are missing/unnacounted for since the hurricame.

An estimate of how many was killed as the “official” numbers shows just how messed up the Puerto Rico Government is.

You’d first have to rebuild the road system to make such a mass movement of people and once the road system had been restored there would be nor reason to.
