What you are advocating will only promote the deaths of many who arrogantly choose to disregard legal commands, by those entrusted to enforce our laws. Being rude is not a reason for arrest.

Not showing a proper amount of respect is not a reason for arrest.

Neither of those things are crimes.

Therefore, placing someone under arrest for that is an abuse of police power.
