What you are advocating is dangerous. “We” don’t live in la-la land and there is a basic amount of respect that must accompany all of us for both our laws and those enforcing them. What you are advocating will only promote the deaths of many who arrogantly choose to disregard legal commands, by those entrusted to enforce our laws. Being rude is not a reason for arrest.

Not showing a proper amount of respect is not a reason for arrest.

Neither of those things are crimes.

Therefore, placing someone under arrest for that is an abuse of police power.
