Trump calls for another round of tax cuts, further reductions to corporate tax

There you have it-a one-time bonus and the economy is fixed! I can’t believe it was that simple!

Companies usually give one time bonuses because it is far cheaper than raising their salaries 10%.

Wage growth remains flat. The bonuses were one-time only.

The fed predicts the tax cuts will give some increased economic growth in '18 but by the end of '19 it will be flat again, except there will obviously be a much increased deficit.

Why not cut middle class taxes in half first? Probably cheaper.

Middle class taxes should be cut first anyway. Most of that money ends up being spent and going right back into the economy again. Give it to corporations and they either invest it (and not necessarily back into the business) or simply hold on to it.

Why were the tax cuts for corporations permanent and the tax cuts for average people temporary?

More tax cuts announced right before midterms?

Must be fearing the “blue wave”.

Meh - considering that Congress has only one major piece of legislation to show for 1.5 years of Republican control of the House, Senate, and White House (the prior tax cut), I wouldn’t hold my breath.

Trump isn’t middle class.

Well, they can’t do entitlement cuts until after the midterms.

Did Trump really say our wages are too high?

Wages are too high if you’re a corporation or business owner.

54 days until the next cut. There’s nothing we can do, it’s who we’ve become.

Who, not whom.

What have you done to deserve a 10% raise?

Neither are any of them. No point.

He was the object of a verb. In this case, whom would be called for…IMHO.

How to Use Who and Whom - Steps

•Understand the difference between who and whom.
•Use who when referring to the subject of a sentence or clause.
•Use whom when referring to the object of a verb or preposition.
•Ask yourself if the answer to the question would be he/she or him/her.
•When trying to decide whether who or whom is correct, simplify the sentence.

Guess what…you’re a Nazi. (if I still could use Mr.Green smiley…it’d be now)

Now that was funny Sneaky

You are correct. I withdraw my objection.

I thought you were kidding and…loved it.
