Despite months of full-fledged attacks from the mainstream media and liberal activists across the country, President Trump’s approval rating popped to 50% in recent days in the wake of Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation battle.

According to a recent survey published by Rasmussen Reports, half of American voters approve of the Commander-in-Chief’s job performance with 49% disapproving. 37% of those asked “strongly approve of Trump” with 40% “strongly disapproving.”

The strong polling data comes as the White House fights to advance the confirmation of Trump’s nominee to the Supreme Court despite weeks of “obstructionist” Democrats delaying the process.

“This confirmation process has become a national disgrace,” Kavanaugh told the Senate Judiciary Committee. “The Constitution gives the Senate an important role in the confirmation process, but you have replaced advise and consent with search and destroy.”
