He claimed, as he looked up to the sky that he was the Chosen One.
"Speaking on the White House lawn earlier today Trump declared that he was “the chosen one.” Only hours before that Trump retweeted an anti-semitic conservative Christian radio host who referred to Trump as “the greatest President for Jews and for Israel in the history of the world,” claiming that Isreali Jews “love him like he is the second coming of God.”

Well, if he’s facing indictment as soon as he leaves office, it’s with good reason. Personally, I’m not sure why anyone would want to vote for a party that openly supports corruption.
I think this whole idea is amazing. Don’t give disaffected Republicans that pressure valve release of being able to say that they voted against Trump in a meaningless primary so they can do it in the general. That’s sharp strategic thinking.
I wonder how much of a campaign even exists. I know it’s being by run by Kushner’s data weenie from the 2016 “campaign” and even in competent organizations, the data guy is the last guy you put in a leadership role.
Yeah, I know I’ve mentioned this for year, but midterms are “race for the base” elections, where it’s just about turning out the true believer super voters, and presidential years are “race for the middle” elections where you turn out independents and undecideds and they tried to make the midterm about Trump and got blown out of the water just trying to appeal to the people who vote Republican twice a year every year for at least the last five years.
