on Saturday reacted to the indictment of 12 Russian military officers “for conspiring to interfere with the 2016 presidential election” by blaming former President Obama and the “deep state.”
“The stories you heard about the 12 Russians yesterday took place during the Obama Administration, not the Trump Administration,” he tweeted from Scotland. “Why didn’t they do something about it, especially when it was reported that President Obama was informed by the FBI in September, before the Election?”
Perhaps Obama didn’t want Hillary to win?
If he knew Trump was getting helped by Russia, why didn’t he try to stop it before the election?
He could have went public, exposed the Russians, perhaps getting Hillary elected.
Funny Trumps mouthpiece and others claimed no Russian influence and now instead of saying we were wrong they try to deflect from themselves and blame Obama.
He already answered that question. When he was informed by the FBI they had suspicions but did not have all of the hard details. He said that without having all of the evidence he did not want to give the impression that his administration was trying to sway the election. And you have to consider that they thought that Hillary was going to win.
If Democrats really wanted to win the election they would have made these concerns public. Democrats obviously are inept at using the force of the government as a political weapon. Just another example of how Obama sucked as President.
Let me let you in on a widely known secret. When trump bleats a febrile and whining question into the twitterstream, smart people already know the answer, or know how to find the answer in less than a second on Google. The fact that the FBI was running a counterintelligence operation on Russia that included the Trump campaign was not revealed until after the election.
National Security should Trump that, pun intended. Secrecy for what? Lose the election for Hillary so you can indict Russians who will never show up in a US court?

Obama made the right call to be as light-handed as possible. Even if Putin was literally wearing a Trump Halloween mask, and giving speeches in Russian, it would be better to let the American people choose that candidate without even the slightest hint of resistance. Peaceful transition of power is more important than anything else
Obama tried and approached McConnell and Ryan on what to do. They said no, don’t say anything those Russkies are helping out Republicans bigly, don’t slow their roll.
