If he loses the primary in 2024, it’s the first two-in-a-row one term Presidents in American history.

James K Polk

Millard Fillmore (who served the bulk of Taylor’s term)
Franklin Pierce
James Buchanan

Rutherford B Hayes
Chester Arthur (who served the bulk of Garfield’s term)

I’d include Ford and Carter too, but Ford wasn’t elected (was not on the ticket in 1972).

If you want to go only by elected Presidents, then Pierce and Buchanan still qualify.
