Why didn’t he take HCQ? So many posters here were convinced of its efficacy.

Geez this thread goes fast. Someone up there was asked about viral load affecting the illness. YES a million times over, there’s differences between how sick one gets according to the viral amounts recieved. The virus can also gain steam or slow down within each individual depending on the person’s immune system and the virus itself.
Its anecdotal but a student told me about her and her hubby getting the disease in April. She told me he was dx first so she’d been expecting to test positive too. Two days later she was in her garden feeling fine and felt dizzy for just a bit so she went straight inside but had to crawl up the stairs to get to her phone. Said the energy drained just that fast. Scary ■■■■ if you ask me
We also lost an IT guy at the college to covid which shocked us all.

Maybe our President’s use of Hydroxychloroquine previously helped. Some believe that the African Continent has shaken off Chinese Wuhan Virus because they appear to be more immune to the infection.

I am also hoping that my previous use of Hydroxychloroquine and my daily use of D3, Zinc, and Vitamin C will build up my immune system to shake off Chinese Wuhan Virus.

This is a ridiculous bit of deflection.
Tillis was not wearing a mask the entire time.
And where he wasn’t wearing a mask was INDOORS, in close contact with many other individuals.
Which is precisely where we know super-spreading events are likely to happen.
What Pelosi does or doesn’t do is irrelevant to this. Should Pelosi test positive for COVID, or if we can find evidence she routinely does what was pictured, then we can start a thread about her.
This thread was about Tillis…and the picture posted puts to the lie the statement “Tillis caught COVID despite wearing a mask”.
He WASN’T wearing a mask the entire time…and where he wasn’t wearing a mask was precisely where the odds of catching COVID were very high.

Wow thank you for sharing. One of my colleagues on the east coast, his wife, and their son contracted Chinese Wuhan Virus in March. He and his wife were out if commission for 45 days and his son was only sick for a week.

You still talking about masks?

Sounds like you are very sensitive today.
I hope he does until conservatives get up to speed on the facts and data on masks instead of spreading misinformation.
Using the word pretend sounds like you don’t believe reports of O2 sats, etc. Personally I don’t think those doctors are lying.

It is ironic now. DMK and gooddad409. Were making sense. Then the conversation shifted.

I’ve never confirmed I had COVID, but I was sick in February with symptoms that pretty much matched Tier One COVID (the mildest of the six tiers scientists have identified). It was February…no tests were available, and I never got around to taking an antibody test (after 8 months, I’m not sure such a test would be conclusive for me now).
As I stated the symptoms were very mild…no fever, congestion/cough, slight loss of sense of smell…but the one thing that was different than anything I had experienced before was the sheer loss of energy/exhaustion.
I had whatever I had for about two weeks (plus a cough that lingered for a month and a half)…the first week was marked with me being more tired than I had ever been in my life before.
I did quarantine, but my illness overlapped with our work being shut down anyway, so I have been teleworking ever since late Feb/early March.

I use a mask much of the time. I do not need anyone to order me to. Living in Asia much of the time made it a personal common sense decision. I actually had a lot of PPE at my home before Chinese Wuhan Virus arrived on our doorstep.

Since it’s relevant to the discussion…um…yes.
