According to the idiot in chief, the flu is more lethal than the trump virus.
:man_shrugging:t2:

I was referring to the Vice Commandant of the Coast Guard specifically. Let’s put him in a room with the President coughing if we can.

With Trump and the United States Military High Command at least partially immobilized, now would be a very good time for China to drop a few divisions of paratroopers on Taiwan.

Well, it looks like the Trump administration is trying to get them the materials needed to make some missiles. So, there is that.

Do you know for fact that everyone that died with the flu counted as a flue death…or from other diseases?

With Covid you died from heart attack and you had Covid you died from Covid.

If you had the flue and you had a heart attack you died from heart attack.

Keep living in 2016, my friend.

Is that what you want China to do?

No.

False. The flu death numbers in the 10s of thousands you see thrown around are estimates. Actual test-confirmed cases is something like ~5000 a year. If we estimated COVID-19 death the same way we do for flu it would be far higher.

This isn’t true.

Thank you Dr. Tzu. It’s good to know that the President is in such knowledgeable hands.

He’s an idiot? He’s not the one who is totally misreading what he said.

The MSM would have us believe that no one has died from anything other than COVID since January.

Trump’s photo-op, all for nothing.

LOL. COVID is the best thing to happen for the Biden campaign. It gives them an indisputable rational to explain the poor turnouts.

go tell that to the seniors…lol!

It appears he’s in Gettysburg. Watching him on tv now.b

The same could be said about COVID. Not in those precise numbers of course, but certainly in principle. Roughly 94% of those who died of COVID have at least one serious underlying medical condition. How many would have died soon regardless of COVID is purely speculative, but surely many would have.

Serious? What is defined as serious?

I have high blood pressure. I have taken medication to control it for years and years and years. If I contracted COVID and died, I would be in the 94% group of having an underlying medical issue. 1 in every 3 adults in the United States have hypertension.

More than 100,000,000 Americans have high cholesterol, which is another underlying medical condition that would place someone who contracts COVID and dies in this 94% grouping.

69% of American adults are overweight and/or obese, which the CDC also lists as an underlying medical condition.

No, surely many would not have at all. Excess mortality rates show us this reality.
