Chinese authorities have granted preliminary approval for dozens of Trump-branded businesses, expanding his commercial empire and raising further conflicts of interest, say lawyers. The 38 trademarks include new hotels, spas, escort and concierge services, massage parlors, personal security services and insurance, according to public documents.

And for all of the Trump branding crap this one isn’t a big deal in my opinion.
It is perfectly rational for the Trump organization to protect its brand from people wanting to cash in on the name for illicit purposes.
Just because the trademark was issued doesn’t mean that the Trump organization will use it for those purposes… they just want to prevent other people from using it for those purposes.
