From 1850 to 1960 we have an increase from 284ppm to 310ppm. During the same period we have an increase of .4C in global temps (assuming the assumptions are accurate).
Why then with the dramatic increase in CO2 since 60 have we not seen a corresponding dramatic increase in temperatures if CO2 is Driving them?
